Alicia Scott - VP of Operations
Alicia has been with Monarch for several years. She handles the accounting, human resources, safety and training and oversees all operations at Monarch. Alicia works very closely with all vendors and distributors supplying all materials to the company.
Robert Brooks - Production Manager
Robert handles the scheduling, ordering and coordinating of all installations with customer and installers. Robert ensures that your project is scheduled in a timely fashion, your materials are ordered and delivered on time and the roof is completed properly and entirely. He also manages accounts with our suppliers such as ABC, Allied Building Supply, Pacific Supply, and Gulf Eagle.
Tim Flores - Project Manager
Tim is a self motivated and self starting sales expert in taking every project from start to completion. Tim brought his years of industry experience to Monarch, and has managed hundreds of projects for our customers. Treating every home as if it is his own, Tim’s keen eye for detail coupled with experience expertly managing multiple projects for your home is a model of quality for Monarch. Tim believes that working for Monarch with his family is one of the nicest experiences there is. Tim and his team find every project enjoyable and rewarding, bringing expertise and experience to you.
Eric Veale - Project Manager
Eric has been with Monarch for several years. He directs our in-house construction division. He meets with our project managers to estimate projects and designs new renovations for clients from planning to drawing blueprints, and building. Eric has thorough experience in the industry and oversees all construction projects from start to finish. He is also a licensed insurance adjuster and helps our office staff with all insurance files.
Eric was asked to join the Monarch Team, when lifelong friend Jon Lowrie asked him to take his talent of custom home building & restoration, along with vast commercial experience, and use his 28 years of construction experience to make Monarch a leader in the construction industry.
Matt Beverly- Vp Of Commercial Sales
Matt Beverly is the manager of our Commercial department. Matt has experience with TPO, EPDM, Metal, and Shingle roofing commercial properties across the state. From commercial giants to single owner properties, Matt is available to assist with both new and existing projects.
Mike Pondell - Claims & Mortgage
Mike coordinates with our field teams, internal teams, and the homeowner to ensure the accuracy and completeness of each job and the associated claim. He is further responsible for communications with the adjusters and insurance company handling your claim to expedite the process of compensation for your loss.
Jill Vasta - Claims & Mortgage
Jill brings over 5 years of experience to work closely with Insurance companies and Mortgage companies in order to expedite processing your claim. Jill communicates daily with the respective companies, while coordinating with the Sales Team and Field Team for accuracy.
Chris Ball - Stucco & Paint Manager
I have been a member of the Monarch family for several years. I am a Denver native, happily married with three beautiful children. I pride myself in doing things right the first time and being the person who others can call on when needed. I enjoy my job and love all the different people I meet and the satisfaction that comes from my customers when the job is done. I have sold and managed many jobs from small residential 100sf jobs to 50,000sf commercial jobs, and I believe every job is important. There is no job too small nor too big as long as I have a happy customer and I have learned something new.
Lorena has a background in the field, personally trained by Chris and Miguel. She has brought her expertise into the office to coordinate the paint and stucco projects for the company. Lorena is one of our color experts, and is one of the best people to speak with about what color you want for your home.
Miguel Pena - Master Applicator & Field Supervisor
Miquel is our master applicator and has been with Monarch for several years. He has been applying products to residential and commercial homes since 1992. Miquel manages the crews and project managers, ensuring each project gets done correctly.
John Tsatsos- Landscape Division Supervisor
John is a veteran landscape designer who has been in the landscape business for several years. His experience and expertise is invaluable to you in your landscaping project.
