Monarch is led by a management team with a track record of success in the Construction & Roofing industry, and I’m glad to be a part of. My position as Financial Controller carries a minimum of 20 years accounting experience including some management responsibilities. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. Work – Life – Balance. On my off time I am blessed to enjoy my 5 grandchildren, horseback riding and riding on the back of hubby’s Harley.
Vanessa is our Admin Assistant and joined the Monarch team at the beginning of 2019. She is the voice of the company – the first person you speak with when calling our office. She coordinates day-to-day operations for each department and adds personalization to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and foster professional relationships with other organizations. Vanessa’s philosophy centers around what roles she can play in helping others find solutions along with reaching daily goals. She is committed to excellence in customer service. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her pets, traveling, and concerts.
My name is Luan Jones and I work in the insurance department of Monarch Construction. I am ex-Navy and I eventually retired from Air Traffic Control work. After retirement I went back to school and earned my insurance adjuster license. I have been helping customers negotiate their insurance claims at Monarch for 5 years. I like what I do as I believe it is a necessary service to those affected by Colorado storms. The first time most people have to navigate the insurance waters is when their major asset, their home. is damaged. People are often unsure how to proceed or what their rights are in respect to their insurance claim. Helping them to restore their property to pre-storm condition feels like a job worth doing.

I have been with Monarch for 5 years. In my spare time I like to hike, rock climb, camp, try new breweries. I enjoy working with Monarch because it’s owned and operated by our family. We strive to treat our customers as if they were a part of our family and ensure their customer service is top level.
I have been behind the scenes for many years. I support my husband, his business, and his success. I love working with my family and the wonderful office staff in such a friendly environment. Together Jon and I have 4 children ranging in ages from 23-13. Between our kids and our 2 dogs we are always smiling. Our baby dog, Kona, even accompanies me to work on occasion and is the staff’s watch dog. All 9 pounds of fluff and bark. When with my family, I enjoy vacationing, making people around me smile, spending time with friends, snowboarding, skiing, and swimming. While working at Monarch, I enjoy watching happy people enjoy their new restorations.
I joined the Monarch Family in 2012 canvassing for roof jobs. I quickly gained knowledge from the team that allowed me to advance within the company. After years of working multiple positions, I have settled in as Production Manager. I still continue to learn new things about the Roofing and Construction industry. Away from work I am a dedicated wife and mother of four. My kids range from toddler to teenagers. We enjoy the Colorado scenery, trying new food, and keeping up with the latest box office hits.
